“Bought a Roland keyboard in Dec 2019 for $1200. Was told delivery would be delayed due to no stock. In Feb, followed up and told there were delays because of Covid. Waited and waited. Tried to call but phones were disconnected. Found out you had gone out of business. You took my $1200 immediately but failed to deliver the product. So upset. Can’t believe you are back in business after stealing from customers.”

“I purchased a Native Instruments product that was apparently listed at the incorrect price. The advertised price SHOULD have been honoured but instead a refund was issued and a short email explaining the mistake. No offer of a discount or anything effort to secure my business. Disappointing but certainly not surprising given Kosmic's track record.”
