“We bought a keyboard more than 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Your website said 24 hours. Then we got a message saying 5-7 business days. It's been 9 business days now and still not a word.”

“Ordered with plenty of notice- two weeks later told the item I ordered was out of stock and yes it was replaced with a different guitar but not a ‘pack’ which is what I was after as it was a gift for a beginner. Not 100% happy, but it’s okay.”

“Super happy with the Kosmic experience, the courier driver however, was rude, and told us we shouldn’t be buying products from over east, that we should be buying locally. Completely unnecessary of him to pass judgement, especially given he needs people to have things delivered to have a job as a courier.”

“Kosmic, in its new incarnation, have chosen the slowest courier on earth, Fastway. If an item has to come from east coast, fastway take longer than anyone else to deliver. If I had known that Kosmic used Fastwayprior to placing my order online, I would not have bothered!”
