Awful! Bottoms run huge and not to mention I tried to cancel the order literally 3min after placing it and customer service wouldn’t allow it. Don’t order from this site. Terrible customer service.

It’s to big. I have reached out to this website multiple times to get my return and there has been no customer service help Very disappointed for how expensive this bikini was

Item paid for express post. Sender did not send. Poor customer service when complaint made.

It was very poor quality, especially for the price, its similar to the picture but very bad quality

The bikini appeared to be great in the photos, but upon receiving it, the bottom was asymmetrical, with the lines on the bust being misaligned and the nipples being exposed. The photos made it appear as if there was padding, however, it was not the case and it made the fit look awkward. I attempted to request a refund, however, I could only receive store credit. I will not be shopping here again and was disappointed. Additionally, having to pay for return shipping added to my dissatisfaction.

The suit I ordered was far too large, took a very long time to arrive (granted I live in the U.S.), and now I cannot return it for a refund to my card... They will only give store credit, without insurance or shipping costs. I have contacted Kotomi 2 days ago about my concerns and the site said they would get back to me in 24 hours. I am disappointed in the customer service!

Return policy is store credit only which would be fine except this company does not offer any type of free returns or exchange policy. It would have costed me more than what I paid for the product to ship it back in order to get a different size or product. Very inconvenient.

The quality was lackluster and much too big. I won’t be buying from this store again. It’s disappointing that I didn’t receive a refund and only got a store credit. The return process is also a pain.
