“Had purchased from them a number of times before and been happy but when item arrived damaged I found out at first hand how poor their customer service is. If your item arrives damaged you will be expected to return it to UK base at your expense and it will then be sent to their headquarters in Germany for inspection before a replacement is sent out. A process which takes several weeks. After receiving the replacement I contacted them again re postage and some weeks later received it as a discount voucher off my next purchase which is unlikely to happen after last experience.”
