“Over the past few weeks I have had to set up new websites and migrate emails. As someone who is not very tech savvy the team at Krystal (today it was Matthew) have been patient, helpful and always really efficient at sorting whatever I need help with. Great, affordable hosting with easy to reach and talk to tech support. Thank you team Krystal.”

“This afternoon I crashed my website due to inexperience and ignorance. The moment I asked for help on the live chat, there was an instant response and the support was fantastic. Not only did Matthew get my website up and running again - I'd changed something fundamental by mistake - but he altered a DNS issue I was having with Mail Poet, which was extremely helpful. He went over and above my initial problem and resolved a much bigger issue. Tremendous service from the tec team at Krystal Hosting. I have had similar excellent response times and support from Krystal in the five years that they have hosted my domain. To be recommended.”

“I've used many, many hosting companies over the last 30 years and Krystal are simply the best I've used. The tech support is first class, prompt and knowledgable. Their servers are fast and their prices are great. I don't have anything negative to report. I can't see myself ever using anyone else again.”

“I've had several bad experiences with Krystal lately. Went to their Fairburn location in Douglasville and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and finally just left when no one came to take my order. Then, I recently went to their Stewart Pkwy location, and wasn't knocked out by the people. No one said hi or made eye contact. When I got home, they had left out the extra Krystal I paid for and two of the Krytals I got, were smashed. When I contacted corporate, no one got back to me. Not impressed.”

“Paying nearly $$50 a month for 8 years never been late... They shut down my VPS because I was 1 week late for payment... too much monetisation... means spirited management or Directorship. Staff seem ok but its policy thats the issue. Absolutely disgusting, lack of care and service to long standing customers. They also beat me over the head a lot that I don't have a managed server every time I need assistance. The last time they did this eventually I discovered the issue was a third-Party technical fault, not my servers' issues. .. Thats Krystal for you. They need to loosen up, listen and value customers more. Unless they add slack Im off, I cant work on that basis for my business. Neither can you.”

“Awful. They started off as a small, personable, reliable and friendly company. Over the years their service has gotten much worse. In addition, they will do anything they can to force you off the service you're using and make you pay for one that can cost up to 10 times as much. Do not use Krystal hosting, plenty of other good hosts out there.”
