My only other hope is that they can expand their online configurator to actually show how the product will appear (turning a square or rectangular photo into a circle, wanting to make sure the right parts are cropped and the image is aligned where you want). Only a minor thing that has been fine for now tho with self cropping the image to try and get it perfect. Quality is exactly what you'd hope and expect! “I recently ordered the "upcycled littel skulls" stem cap with anodized bolt to replace my OEM cap. The quality is excellent, I especially appreciate the beefy nature of the bolt, little chance of rounding out the hex over time. Turns out the orange anodized bolt is a good match to the shade of orange on my frame.”

Kustom responded quicky via email that they could make the change at no additional charge even though the style I was changing to cost a little more. After receiving the order I realized the Cannodales top cap was a FSA style and what I had oredered would not work. Kustom responded that I could return the top cap if I wanted to, I didn't. Great product and great customer service seems to be the standard at Kustom Ventures.”
