“Wonderful experience with KV!! Absolutely love the headset cap they created! My only complaint would be that they use USPS for their shipping. It’s a shame when the shipping company doesn’t live up to the quality of the product/service itself. It took 7 days longer than the original delivery date - why? Who knows, USPS couldn’t explain it. ???”
“Although, I only ordered valve stem caps, they were shipped, quickly and well packaged. As for the product itself, there's not much to it but, they do look nice. I've ordered headset caps before and those were nice as well. All items are reasonably priced.”
“I recently made two orders from Kustom Ventures. The second one was perfect! Love the personalized stem cap. It’s amazing. However, the first order I made had an issue: I ordered a red bolt but the one that arrived is very much pink. I also got red valve covers in the same shipment and they’re not even remotely the same color- the valve covers are red, the bolt is pink.”
