I was very disappointed to find the color of the 45 RPM record insert of the headset cap I ordered was not the eye-popping white as shown in the photo but was a dull silvery gray color. I commented to the staff that I was not satisfied with the cap's color. To their credit, I was offered a refund. I declined a refund and will keep the cap due to its unique design.
I would suggest replacing the photo of the white record insert cap with one showing its true color.”
“I ordered an Ikonic Top Lacrosse End Cap, and let my 7 year old pick out everything since it was for his stick. It was very well made and the screw and bushing attached it very firmly, however, the rubber cap was a bit wide for my son’s stick, so we’re going to be taping the stick a bit to avoid it getting hung up on our equipment or jammed full of dirt or rubber from turf.”
