“went to the Kwik fit in Newark. Had a slow puncture, spoke with Ashley, very nice, polite, explained everything. They had a look, and the other front tyre needed to be replaced as well, we wasn't surprised, so we had both done. Didn't take too long, good service”

“Hi, went into Kwik Fit with a slow puncture. They diagnosed it correctly as a problem with the wheel rim rather than the tyre itself. Suggested I buy a 2nd hand wheel to save £350, rather than quoting for a new one. When the new wheel arrived, they swapped the wheels and tyres over free of charge. Cannot compliment enough, will always have my trade.”

“Hi I am called Mike. I had my CRV,s MOT 2 weeks ago at Paignton and the technician I think is called Julian was just simply brilliant, his gentle calm approach to everything was no problem he really did and does go above and beyond for the customer as I also noticed that he also gave the same treatment to the customer before me. In fact all of the team at this branch are the best in the whole area, WELL DONE Paignton I will keep coming back to you. Many thanks.”

“Kwik-fit chesser in Edinburgh very helpful. Derek the manager defo cares about the customers had a new tyre fitted by Dale 4/11/24 and I’m very satisfied with the job and time he fitted the tyre . They are a great bunch of guys”

First class service, the Manager Louise is amazing, polite, knowledgeable and professional….kept me informed about the repair being done to my tyre. 10/10 for customer service. “After taken the work van in a few months ago iv swore by this garage took my personal car in today with a nearly dead battery once again amazing service from the guys in this garage unfortunately Halfords had damaged my battery cover which made putting it back together a bit harder for them but they managed to get it on enough till i manage to get it changed Highly recommend this garage”

“My Experience with Quik Fit West Street, Fareham has been absolutely Superb. Problem started Sunday 22nd July when i had a tyre blow out near home. No spare wheel and Gunge useless. Quik Fit is only about a mile away so i decided to take it to them for repair/ replacement. I think Bradley the manager was initially bemused to find an 80+ guy turning up at his garage door with a damaged tyre in a wheelbarrow but he soon got stuck in to resolve the problem. After a few minutes on the PC Bradley said that particular tyre was not available but he would get in touch with his contacts in other tyre centers on Monday and if one was available he would take the wheel to them for replacement tyre. Turns out that particular tyre is not available in the UK even though the car, an MG ZS EV is only 2 years old Bradley managed to locate an almost identical same brand tyre and duly fitted. I said i would come in in the afternoon to settle up but Bradley said leave it to near 6pm when they close and he would take me and the wheel home and fit it for me. This he did even though it meant travelling in the the opposite direction to his normal journey home. What a star Bradley (5star more appropriate)... I will certainly use them again when i need to.”
