“I ordered a stack of Goldby bracelets from your company. I measured my wrist at 6 1/2 inches to see if the bracelets would be to tight or a little loose which I wanted. I had room for a loose fit so I ordered the 6 1/2. I was disappointed that when the bracelets arrived they were tight on my wrist. The fit was uncomfortable. However there was no place to call and ask for a return and repurchase the next size up.. (7.5 nches). Perhaps we could resolve this issue and I could return the bracelets and buy the larger size. “I ordered the 7.5 size of a stack: 0ne 4mm and two 3mm as i have large hands and fit is good. Love the look of them but it bothers me that they are not perfectly round or oval. There seems to be an odd shape to them that is apparent when wearing. Customer service responded to my issue and told me to stretch them which i did and it helped somewhat. Not sure if i will order again unless i can be assured that they are perfectly round or oval in the next order.”
“Unbelievable customer service! I inquired about how to clean my bracelets and they sent me new ones, for free! Since I had new replacements, I took a chance and used my pulse jewelry cleaning machine to clean my original purchase. And they now look good as new! So if yours start to look a bit tarnished, I now know u can clean them with a jewelry cleaner. Fabulous product with fantastic customer service. Thank you!”
