“I received the wrong product and have asked a representative at Kylar Mack To please send me a replacement with the proper item. I ordered two of the 2 mm gold filled bracelets initially and then I ordered three more. The second order came in yellow gold and not rose gold. I was told I made a mistake and I could return the item and pay for shipping for the return and then reorder it and pay for shipping again a third time. I asked them to waive this given it was a system issue. I'm still hopeful they consider my request and send me the proper item.”
“The bracelets are very pretty but I wish they made a 7”. I ordered the 7.5 and it was too big. I had to pay for shipping to return them and order the 6.5. Those are too tight. Definitely need a size in between.”

“I placed an order and the delivery was set of 08.20 the package was undeliverable due to inaccurate address. My Address was correct and I receive packages daily. I tried to Call Kylar Mack - the listed Google number goes straight to VM. Left a VM. I emailed twice and keep getting we'll reply in 2 to 3 days. They took my money pretty quick. I'm not sure if this site is as complete scam? But I cannot find out how to reach them. I may have to call my bank next to report fraud. I'll give them until mid-week to reply.”
“Great customer service! Love mine. I have 4 (my first purchase this summer). I went for the pearll, 3 balls (gold/silver). The pearl broke and they not inly replaced but so quickly! I wear all the time (except in pool or to bed) but they’ve been in water, exposed to elements and look as good as the first day. May be investing in more for sure!”
