“I was disappointed when I tried to exchange them for the bigger size and I would’ve had to send 3 orders back and pay $6 per order shipping label. The bracelets are expensive already. I would hope that because they are expensive and of good quality that they’d be more accommodating to exchanging their bracelets at no charge once they receive the ones we don’t want back.”
