“I ordered my second set of bracelets priority shipping on June 17, in hopes of receiving them prior to leaving for vacation on the 26th. The delivery date online stated it would arrive the 25th. I needed them to arrive before leaving because the post office hasn’t delivered a package addressed to me to the correct house since March, and of course I wanted them for vacation. Less than a month prior I had ordered the 433 it shipped the next day and arrived in four business days, despite knowing this I paid the extra for priority shipping to ensure the bracelets would arrive. Additionally, I emailed my request with order number that was never responded to. My order did not ship until June 23, so it didn’t arrive before I left for vacation. I emailed customer service and received nothing back until my package was out for delivery. The customer service response was that you were sorry my package did not arrive on time, but I could click the link for a refund. I clicked the link which took me to a USPS page for refund. I filled out the necessary info and was informed I was not eligible for a refund. Kylar Mack this is on YOU, your company is the one that failed to fulfill the order in time for the June 25th estimated arrival. I would like a refund for the extra amount I paid in order to have my bracelets by the posted date online. It is ironic I received the 433 bracelets quicker than when I paid the extra for expedited shipping. I am asking you to make this right.”
“Second bracelet I ordered. Both were size 6.5. Second bracelet was bigger than the first. Both are 6.5. Slightly disappointed they are both not the same size”
