I recently bought myself the ankle bracelet for my birthday not knowing that my daughter also brought me one, trying to get in touch with customer service is never going to happen. They completely ignore you. They said everything is returnable. This was a couple of days later and they said that ankle bracelet is returnable no way to get in touch with anybody

“Unfortunately, I have sent two separate responses to my purchase of a 3mm ball stretch bracelet. Number one issues is I believe I received a 2mm not a 3mm. I have a 3mm and it is half the size. The second issues is it fit tight on my wrist. I did order a 6.5, because at 6.5 and 7.5 are the only choices you give. I have been wearing a 3mm/6.5 which I received around Thanksgiving. The balls are the size I like and the 6.5 fits and has a little movement. Of course, for a a 7mm is the perfect size. A 6.5 is really too small and a 7.5 is really too big. I think you are doing an injustice to your company not offering 7.0. In my opinion!!!!!! So, I'm not thrilled with the bracelet I received.”
