I messaged Kylar Mack regarding the issue a week ago, yet I still haven’t heard back from them. What a joke of a company! I will be initiating a dispute through my credit card company. Stay away from this clown company and save your hard earned money!”

However, I placed two separate orders on April 28, 2025, just minutes apart. While the first order arrived just in time for Mother’s Day, the second never showed up. I followed the instructions on your website and reached out via email. Although I received a prompt initial response, there was no follow-up. I had to send a second message, which also went unanswered. After a third attempt, I finally received a reply with an insurance form to complete.
Unfortunately, this entire process was very frustrating and disappointing. The second order did not arrive until May 29, 2025—well after Mother’s Day.
While I appreciate the product, this experience left me hesitant to order again, knowing that delays may occur and customer service follow-up is unreliable.”
