“Communication was very good. As was the purchase and return process. Unfortunately, I ordered a pearl 3mm 6.5 and the quality was not what I expected. I don’t believe it was truly a 6.5 size. It did not lay nicely at all in the field extremely lightweight. I have two other 6.5 bracelets from a different business and the quality is much better than the sizing was significantly different than Kylar Max 6.5. I had to return it. I really wanted to like it as I wanted an all pearl bracelet, but the quality just wasn’t good.”

I recently bought myself the ankle bracelet for my birthday not knowing that my daughter also brought me one, trying to get in touch with customer service is never going to happen.
