“Love my bracelets but was disappointed in the customer service. I needed to exchange for a smaller size. Getting a response to my emails, several, took way to long. I understand your system was down to print return labels but that should have been told to me after my first email, not third or fourth. Also, there should be a phone number somewhere on your web site. I asked for it in one of my emails but was never given one.”
