“My first order of bracelets was the 2 mm and 3 mm ball bracelets. I waited a few months to see if they would turn but there's gold as the day I bought them, I happily bought a pearl 3 mm to layer with it. I also ordered a ring in the 2 mm size 8 to match the 2 mm bracelet and the ring is half the size of the 2 mm bracelets, little thicker than just a thread. Was not the 2 mm balls I was expecting. I will definitely order with them again future.”
“I am very happy with my purchase and love the bracelets. I had an issue with sizing and customer service was fast, efficient and incredibly helpful. My only suggested is to offer the bracelets in a size 7. The 6.5 was too small and the 7.5 is just a tad big. Though I’m keeping the bigger size because I love the product, a third size option would have been helpful.”

I sent them back and was going to exchange but couldn’t get customer service to answer my questions per email and there is no customer service line. Very disappointed because I was excited for these bracelets. I went with another company and not eNewton so I hope I don’t have the same experience.”

“The bracelets are pretty , the beads were not as big as I expected . They looked bigger in the ad Probably my fault for not looking up the measurements. I have a very small wrist and these fit tight . Not sure if they expand over time.
But they would definitely fit a child’s wrist . Disappointed 😔”
