“Love the store and the products but their customer service for orders made online is horrible. It takes forever for products to arrive. Moreover, when a package was lost and the shipper confirmed it was lost L'Occitane refused to address the issue until 10 business days had passed. That means I had waited over 20 days to receive an order then have the company address it. I have never had an online retailer be so rigid and unwilling to even call the shipping carrier to address the issue. They just lost a customer who spends thousands of dollars on products over their absolutely awful customer service. Such as shame.”
