“I asked for an explanation of why I received 3 rolls of wallpaper when I ordered 6 and received a quick answer via chat. I am a newbie & had no clue what I was doing. I asked a follow-up question about how I needed to order more & how to ask for matching lot #s which wasn't answered. That's why I gave 4 stars.”

“I have no complaints with LA design concepts. Other than my prolonged three month wait for my product. But I do not blame LA it's the times we live in. The product is absolutely gorgeous. I love it.”

“I was extremely pleased with both Dianne, who helped me with a wallpaper order, & Matthew, who handled a fabric order. The fabric was back-ordered, & I was afraid it would be discontinued. Matthew kept me informed regularly throughout the process - so that I never had to chase it down! LA Design Concepts is a pleasure to work with.”
