“I have no complaints with LA design concepts. Other than my prolonged three month wait for my product. But I do not blame LA it's the times we live in. The product is absolutely gorgeous. I love it.”

“I was extremely pleased with both Dianne, who helped me with a wallpaper order, & Matthew, who handled a fabric order. The fabric was back-ordered, & I was afraid it would be discontinued. Matthew kept me informed regularly throughout the process - so that I never had to chase it down! LA Design Concepts is a pleasure to work with.”

“Love their prices and their customer service chat option is top notch! Tried to order my material online with my cc, but after I placed the order I was told I couldn't use a cc and had to wire the money over. Made me weary. That was an extra pain and lost out on cc points.....but otherwise material came just as expected...... however I got the tracking email AFTER the material was delivered. Thank goodness I happened to be home bc I would have been furious if $$$$ material was sitting on my porch, because I didn't know it was coming that day. So it seems like there's a few kinks to work out, but I'd totally order from them again.”

“L.A. Design had exactly the wallpaper I needed at 35% off which was a tremendous help to my budget. Delivery was much faster than expected and I received follow up correspondence to ensure my satisfaction. May I give 6 stars? (The project is still underway so the photo doesn’t show room fully done.)”
