“I'm very satisfied with the service I received from LA Design. The price was great (best I could find online), and the service was very attentive. Matt immediately followed up with my order because the wallpaper was on backorder and would take some time to ship). And he also made sure notifying me after the item was shipped ahead of the schedule.”

“Anyone who is embarking on a design adventure will soon find that great customer service in this realm is hard to find. Not so at LA Design Concepts - I had five-star customer service experience from the moment I clicked send. There were several needs for follow-up and even a yardage change necessary to get my fabric order across the finish line and Matthew + team never let me down. I will be a repeat customer for certain.”

“I asked for an explanation of why I received 3 rolls of wallpaper when I ordered 6 and received a quick answer via chat. I am a newbie & had no clue what I was doing. I asked a follow-up question about how I needed to order more & how to ask for matching lot #s which wasn't answered. That's why I gave 4 stars.”
