“I recently ordered wallpaper. I received an inquiry advising the one-month estimated delivery. I was asked if I wanted to proceed. The paper ships from Sweden. I appreciated that someone knew this might be a problem and inquired. I also appreciated the fact that it was a small order and I was still shown every courtesy. The one month delivery estimate was not a problem for me. The paper arrived when estimated and was carefully packaged. It is beautiful. The handling of the sample order was problem free. Thank you.”

“Worst f’ing experience. The owner tried to mansplain geometry to me! Was shorted 1/3 yard of very expensive fabric. Ordered 72”, received 60”. Didn’t have enough fabric to make the pillows I wanted. No refund of $70 for the missing 12” of fabric or anything resembling an apology or recourse from the owner.”

“LA Design has been excellent attending to my questions, requests for samples and orders. Both Matthew in lighting and Chris in fabrics have gone above and beyond to fill my requests and they have excellent communication on orders. I would recommend this design firm whole heartedly.”
