“I discovered LA Design Concepts with an online search for a particular fabric I was interested in. Not only was their price competitive, but shipping was included! Then they topped it all off with excellent customer service and follow up. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with my new discovery!”

“LA Design Concepts has outstanding customer service. It reminds me of what customer service used to be like because when I have questions they are answered promptly and intelligently by a real person, not a computer. I have enjoyed receiving numerous, beautiful fabric swatches that I sampled on their website. My redecorating could never have been as much fun or as successful without LA Design Concepts. I recommend them 100% without reservation. A great company!”

“The customer service I received from Chris Soliz was the reason for my high rating. It took three tries for the manufacturer to send me the right samples and he was amazing at getting it all sorted out. He was so responsive and helpful!”

“This was my first order of wallpaper from LA Design Concepts. I was pleasantl surprised by the level of customer service (call backs on questions) and their pricing with discounts were competative. I have shopped there again. The first order arrived very quickly. The second is a special order which has taken longer, (over a month) but I have been informed of the expected delivery dates.”
