“It was an absolute pleasure working with the folks at LA Design Concepts. Customer service was outstanding. They kept me apprised of projected delivery dates regularly and with any and all updates. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, followed through all the way through to delivery. In fact, once I received delivery, they called to confirm that everything was in order and no issues with the item ordered. “I have been extremely satisfied with the selection of fabrics offered as well as the EXCELLENT customer service from Matt. This is my first time ever ordering material to reupholster my kitchen chairs and made some errors but Matt guided me through the process to correct my mistake. He just has a pleasant and positive attitude and knowledge of the business. He has made the whole experience a pleasure!”
