“Great customer service! My order was large, so they checked to make sure I had seen a sample, and calculated accurately the number of rolls needed. Once verified, they immediately submitted the order. It arrived directly from England far sooner than expected and was excellent quality.”

“I was amazed to find that the grass cloth paper that was out of stock at two other sources was fully stocked and shipped immediately from LA Design Concepts. I was also pleasantly surprised to have a real person to talk to about my project. Diane saved the day when I ran out of paper and was able to immediately place the order to get it shipped within days. LA Designs will be my go to moving forward!”
