“I highly recommend this business for all your decorating needs. (After dealing with other companies for the same product, and not getting the shipment I ordered after a month; I found Ladesignconcepts!) Not only was Matthew Conaway knowledgeable and expedient in helping me with an order I needed to fill to finish up my project, he answered all my questions and concerns quickly. He was also able to ensure that I received my wallpaper from the same batch that my previous order (through that other company) was the same batch for accuracy!! The package arrived faster than my past orders from the other name brand company. Ladesignconcepts has my business 1000% for all my future wallpaper needs. Ask for Matthew Conaway, he's your guy! Thank you again!!!”

“The main thing I didn’t like was that the coupons they gave didn’t work on the product I bought. It says they are the same as competitors but I found it for cheaper with a competitor. I also felt I had to buy from them again because I didn’t want to have different batches so I paid the higher price and was unable to use the discount they gave”

“The material was back ordered and took much longer than expected, which has been true of many items in the crazy year of 2021. Their representative, Dianne, was excellent about keeping me updated, however, which gave me the confidence it would eventually arrive. The material is beautiful and we are very happy with it.”
