“I have ordered so much fabric from you over the past few months. You continue to send me 10% off notices. But then when I decide to order some more, the person always says I have to order more than $200 in an order. Taken together, I've spent far more. BUT you can't extend that courtesy? Makes me want to find another source.”

“Worst f’ing experience. The owner tried to mansplain geometry to me! Was shorted 1/3 yard of very expensive fabric. Ordered 72”, received 60”. Didn’t have enough fabric to make the pillows I wanted. No refund of $70 for the missing 12” of fabric or anything resembling an apology or recourse from the owner.”

“I was charged for 4 ydsof fabric mid November and was called to ask if the 4 yards I ordered could be divided. I said yes as long as it was in 2 equal pieces ( hoping this would work with the cushions I am recovering ). I was told several days later the fabric was no longer available. Guess Schumacher didn't want to end up with one unused yard of fabric. Now I am still waiting.....”
