“This is not my first purchase from La Machine, and I am happy to call myself a customer of a brand that creates good design and quality merchandise in an ethical context. This time, I bought a sweatshirt and a sweater. I had a little problem with my order and wrote an email. The customer service representative responded immediately and fixed my issue - by the way, the issue was caused by me being dense ;-). The package was sent quickly and arrived in southern Germany a day or so later. The sizing guide is accurate, so I received the right size. I wholeheartedly recommend La Machine and will continue to count myself as a customer.”

“Packet arrived but it took 3 days more than expected. Size guide was totally wtong - I should not have trusted it and it was at least 2 sizes off but you cannot return and get different size sent so waiting to get a refund which tales 7-14 days before I place a new order. Quality of product looked super!”

“I wanted to send the item back, but the only choice I had was DPD or UPS. Both are not available where I live. So either I have to drive long or keep it... a choice between several arcel services would be better.”

“Hi, i ordered 2 T-Shirts and 3 Sweatshirts.... and they look very good and feel comfortable :-) I'm not sure about the size... I'm between M & L but I take the M Version and it fits perfectly! The delivery Time was very fast !”

“Nice looking and high quality clothing with a link to cycling in even the smallest details. Sizing is good. (European) Some colors look slightly different in real than what you see on the pictures.”
