“I had to write a review after a month of waiting for their ilogical offer.
I ordered 5 dresses, 2 of them comes without body parts. Lots of parts are missing. I paid more than the dress price for the Duty tax for Belgium. For 5 dresses I paid 184 euros and 80 euros for shipping. Which are more than the dresses cost. I would happy even after paying lots of money if would get all my dresses completely. They keep telling us to wait and now they are offering me a 15% refund just for the value of the dress. I am totally upset and never will suggest anyone purchase from abroad. It is so costly and when you do get not even your complete order.”
“To all international buyers, please do not buy from LAAM PK as they will make you pay customs and duty charges. These can be paid by the business and reclaimed, which an individual buyer cannot reclaim resulting in an expensive purchase.
Unexpected today I was taken by surprise as I received a letter from FedEx asking me to pay Β£111.59 for customs and duty charges. I have never had to pay these charges for any of the other Pakistani brands, hence, this was a big shock. I contacted LAAM PK and was told they have a printed βThe order will be subject to customs and duty charges upon delivery, based on the tax laws of the shipping country.β
I still fail to understand why these are not applicable to purchases from other Pakistani brands and why only LAAM, especially with the clothes coming from Pakistan. This means my dresses have cost me more than their worth, so what is the point in shopping from Pakistan if you are going to make the buyer pay the same price equivalent to one dress? Should have bought it directly from Mushq as they were offering full lining under the sleeves which was refused by LAAM PK and doesnβt have any hidden charges.
Also, LAAM PK delivery time is 10-15 days as shown on their website, but this was delayed. They said the supplier is delaying them and when I insisted, I needed them for an event and should have made a direct purchase from Mushq, LAAM PK speeded things up.
Please be vary and donβt be fooled by the delivery timescale given on their website.
Overall, my purchase has cost me Β£217.42 (cost of dress including shipping) + Β£111.59 (custom & duty) = Β£329.01 which means each dress cost me Β£164.50. It is not worth it at all. The cost of one dress including shipping is Β£108.71, so you can see I had paid customs and duty more than the cost of one dress.
My advice is to buy directly from the brands and donβt be fooled and spend your money well.”
“Ordering my special dress for my special event from Laam was truly a nightmare. I had placed order which was supposed to be reaching in 10-15 days, but it was never happening. I had to call their customer services which was accepted once in a blue moon. I then had to search the number of their HR and luckily they picked the call. It was still me convincing them to send the dress so that I should not be pathetic on my own nikkah. Payments were made in advance and even then they had delivered 2 weeks ahead of what was due
Tip for Laam: either take the orders that you can deal, or recruit the staff more in order to work in a professional way.”

THEY HAVE 0 care for customers. they keep big brands name and make ppl pay for orders to take money out of credit card to keep cash flow but designers never fill their orders. i have 3rd dispute to fill from my credit card company. beware of this scam”

Exactly bad quality and smelly clothes. Many parts were missing which mad the dresses incomplete. The dresses were not at all the same as itβs on the website. Very disappointed and I hade to pay for the shipment and got extra invoice from DHL. Very bad service and disappointing.

“Worst shopping experience ever!! Theyβre a scam please beware. I had the worst experience of my life. I returned an item because they sent the wrong one and they havenβt refunded it yet. Theyβre not responding on any of their platforms and claiming to have refunded it. And I haven't received a single penny yet. They had to refund 26,000 rupees. Their assistant manager is behind all this scam, Ive been messaging him for weeks now and heβs not responding to my queries well . Heβs claiming to have refunded the amount which he hasnβt. “I ordered 6 dresses in April 2022. I paid using my credit card. I only received 3 dresses , I got refund for one dress. They refused to refund for two dresses that I never received. There customer service is very bad. Shipping is always delayed.
