“I've only given Label Planet a 4 star rating, as I have a problem with the labels, which I am currently talking to Label Planet Customer services about, to which they are being very helpful. The ordering and delivery process NEEDS TO BE RATED 5 STAR as it is very very good, this is not the 1st time I have ordered from Label Planet, as I find them very helpful. I know once my problem has been restored it will be 5 Star again.”

“Very satisfactory and useful labels, I wanted labels that were placed along the centre of the page and this is what I received. Very good product.”

“Excellent delivery, placed order at 3.45pm on a Friday and received goods on Sarurday at 10.00 am. Packaging was not as sturdy as I would have liked and although the label on the package stated ' DO NOT BEND', the package was very flexible and an over zealous postman would potentially damage the labels inside.”

Thank you for leaving us a review; we are sorry to hear that you had problems with your template. We have help and support pages on our website (https://www.labelplanet.co.uk/help.php) to help customers design and print their labels by themselves but we also encourage customers to contact us directly if they experience problems, so we can offer one-to-one advice and support for the specific issues or problems they have encountered. Word templates are limited in the accuracy of positioning they can support and will usually require some adjustment to create the correct alignment, particularly when working with shaped labels such as the round labels.

“Hi, I'm a costumer of the Republic of Ireland, the products of Label Planet are of very good quality and I have no problem with it, but I think that the cost of shipping to Ireland is a bit expensive. I think Label Planet should look different courrier.”
