“The labels were excellent for our purpose but I had trouble with the template. I could not load an image centrally. To get them to print i had to adjust the position of all 70 and the left margin. It may be my ability with Word and not the template but there is nothing I could refer to for help.”

We have help and support pages on our website (https://www.labelplanet.co.uk/help.php), but we are constantly working to revise and update our website to make it as easy as possible for our customers to find the help and advice they need. We are also happy for customers to contact us directly, so we can offer one-to-one advice and support for the specific issues or problems they have encountered. Word templates are limited in the accuracy of positioning they can support and will usually require some adjustment to create the correct alignment, particularly when working with images.

“Excellent service, rapid delivery, just great. The 'templates' available are very useful once you get the hang of matching them to the printer. Some faint marking on the back of the sheets would help getting the print on the correct side. "Old eyes not so good". Old age is a problem !!”

“Excellent range of labels, particularly the coloured labels - just what was wanted Fast delivery too Tiresome that LabelPlanet does not have templates for all the products it sells, and I had to get one from Avery! ouch”

Thank you for your lovely review. We were sorry to hear you had trouble finding a template. Templates for all of our products are supplied on our website - https://www.labelplanet.co.uk/label-templates.php. To find the template you need, simply visit the template home page (address above), then select the shape/type of label you have purchased from the list. The templates for that group are then listed by number of labels per sheet and you have the choice of a Word or a PDF template. For example, the two label sizes you ordered are rectangles with rounded corners, so the templates can be found on the Templates for Rounded Corner Rectangles page [https://www.labelplanet.co.uk/label-printing-templates-rounded-corners.php]. “Excellent service in that my box of L7160 compatible labels arrived by first class mail the morning after I'd ordered them. My only slight problem with them is that there is no printing on the reverse side so that one can see which way up the labels should be loaded into the printer. The reverse is a slightly creamier white that the label side, but not really enough to make it easy, so I'm finding I have to lift a corner of a label to find the correct way up !”
