“The labels arrived very quickly. Unfortunately as there was no picture of the product on the order page, and nothing in the description about the look of the page, I didn't realise they have a distinctive line through them, rather than being plain brown. If I had known they were striped I would not have ordered them. You need a photo of them on the site.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have product images on our website, although this is something that is currently under review as we agree that it would be helpful to have better product images than those currently in use. However, we do our best to provide descriptive product information on both our range pages and individual product pages, which describe our BRK (Kraft labels) as being made with "unbleached, uncoated Kraft paper (to retain a natural brown colouring)...[and] a ribbed finish, which adds a subtle touch of pattern and texture." We also supply a free sample service so that customers can see for themselves what our materials look like to ensure that they are suitable for their needs.
