“Soon after placing my Bets, there was website MALFUNCTION which resulted in me being unable to follow my bets as the matches went on. The website was down for more than 8 hours. I phoned customer to complain but they couldn't refund my bets as free bets. I had the options to adjust my bets or place my bets with a different betting company.”

“I can not get on promo page being vip i dont get offers ad much as i did not vip i was given free spins yesterday on a game i dont play 20 never showed and was told i could have got the 10% on the 200 i spent which would have been better not once had call off vip”
