“I placed a bet on NETHERLANDS U21 - TURKEY U21 On Thursday October 6th 2016. Netherlands were looking sharp and I fancied their chances which is why I placed £99 on them to win the game, just before half time. After half time, the game DISAPPEARED from the website and so my Cash-Out escape route was frozen until the whistle blew and I had lost all my money on the goalless game. This is not just disgusting but borderline criminal. I will certainly turn to the internet to tell everyone I know and raise awareness of this con.”

“representatives did not believe me when game malfunctioned. i am supposed to be a VIP, i have funds, play regularly, was in credit prior to (and after) the malfunction anyway (so no reason to complain unless there was a genuine fault)”

“Mit der Beratung im Chat war ich sehr zufrieden, aber leider konnte er mein wichtigsten Problem nicht lösen und mir leider auch keine genaueren Informationen dazu geben können (dürfen). Somit kann ich ladbrokes leider nciht mehr nutzen - solange ich nur 2-3 Euro setzen darf”
