“I was connected to Allana from the VIP team when I asked about more information regarding withdrawals and the cancellation of them etc. The customer service advisor was extremely helpful and also informed me I had accumulated bonus points which could be converted to bonus cash, and even did that for me! Great service!!”

“well I don't agree with the way my bet was handled, and I wrote the following to the agent Ernest, "I think that that is misleading, as when you place the bet on 11 selections to win out of 13, it doesn't say you need all 13 to win to get £83", but he didn't say anything, quite a few times ladbrokes has been an arse, not through any fault of my own, I'm prepared to lose, that's why I signed up.”

“very annoying getting pop ups all the time telling of what a great offer is available for me only to click on it time and time again to then get another message saying this offer is unavailable .. I play on your site often and I get pop ups all the time and yet when I try to opt in i often get error messages or sent to a link telling me the offer is unavailable or even sometimes just a blank page or whatever...(and no they have not expired because I've been sent emails telling me about what a great offer it is)....its a joke”
