“Shaun contacted me ( as have several others when I did not ask for a chat) and I informed him of my frustrations re statring a chat when I did not request this. He was kind enough to pass my concern onto the appropriate dept for me to be removed from the chat team. So Iam happy with the outcome. I do not want a chat when I did not request it. Thank you”
