“Enquired about a cashout option. Waited for quite some time before I recieved a responce of if it was available it would say so. Didnt seem intrested in helping only to push deposit bonuses”

“representatives did not believe me when game malfunctioned. i am supposed to be a VIP, i have funds, play regularly, was in credit prior to (and after) the malfunction anyway (so no reason to complain unless there was a genuine fault)”

“Mit der Beratung im Chat war ich sehr zufrieden, aber leider konnte er mein wichtigsten Problem nicht lösen und mir leider auch keine genaueren Informationen dazu geben können (dürfen). Somit kann ich ladbrokes leider nciht mehr nutzen - solange ich nur 2-3 Euro setzen darf”
