“Ihr Mitarbeiter Martin konnte meine Frage bestens klären. Es war sehr nett und schnelles Gespräch von Ihnen. Leider finde ich die AGB mit der LB300 nicht in Ordnung. Ich habe dieses leider anders verstanden ;-(. Des Weiteren diese 100€ Gratiswette muss man mit 1x setzten. Das ist auch nicht gut! Viele Grüße Maik Trümper”

“It made me angry today. A really stupid piece of bureaucracy today. I deposited £100 into the sports book and was told I cannot transfer the money to casino for a Golden Chip offer. I had to go back to a Ladbrokes shop and withdraw my money and go back to a bank and redeposit.”
