“Bit disappointed tonight, not the usual service I got. Didn't really feel valued or listened to which was evident by the responses I was getting. Once we got past that though I guess he was quick to act which is a plus. Sometimes left on hold for a long time.”

“I usually have issues with live chat team.....but today for the very first time in 5 years Vip member Allana was out standing....and if one has taken the time to tell your team leaders this....then mark my word Allana Vip shoud be promoted quick sharp”

“I won an £8500 jackpot on a slot and cashier department wouldnt let me withdraw it for days and days and i couldnt get any information from anyone so getting frustrated cancelling the withdrawl and ending up spending it all!! Massively poor show from one of the biggest bookmakers in the world!!”
