“I had a query regarding a promotion and had to contact Customer Services. My enquiry was dealt with by VIP Agent Joe, and I cant emphasise how much he was a help. He dealt with my enquiry professionally, efficiently and extremely pleasantly. It felt that nothing was a trouble to him and, nowadays, it is very rare to have a Customer Service Advisor who we are able to praise. Ladbrokes should be extremely happy to have him on board as he is an ideal ambassador for Ladbrokes. This man deserves a gr8 big pat on the back and because of his help, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ladbrokes as a site to use, knowing with certainty that any problems will be dealt with in such a wonderful manner. Thanks again Joe. Keep up the good work and wishing you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.”
