“Hi. As a regular long standing customer, can I please ask that you review the new format of the racing pages. Until last week they were remarkably user friendly and easy to navigate. This weeks changes seem to be exactly the opposite. Yes I am of the older generation and don’t embrace change as quickly as some. But honestly the format is confusing and the actual race pages are not conducive to speedy selections, which on occasions can be vital. Logging on and finding the balance is more difficult. Many thanks”

“Bit disappointed tonight, not the usual service I got. Didn't really feel valued or listened to which was evident by the responses I was getting. Once we got past that though I guess he was quick to act which is a plus. Sometimes left on hold for a long time.”
