“Fabulous great value Dermalogica products and a free gift (of 3 miniatures) which is also superb value. Free postage is always welcomed. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is how long delivery took. I appreciate this is probably to do with 2nd class post / free delivery but I didn’t realise how long this would take when ordering, nomprodubts were damaged but the box was open so I was lucky none of the contents were missing. Boxes need to be better sealed.”

“Great price and timely delivery for dermalogica products. But please leave out the popcorn in the packaging next time! Tipped parcel on it's side before opening and made a mess all over the floor!! Really cannot see the point of it when the products came with plastic bubble wrap and cushioning anyway!”

“When I saw popcorn in a package, I was surprised, and then I read your flyer and ...I laughed. ???? I have one comment regarding packaging of daily microfoliant, which was obviously already open. When I receive such a product, I get to doubt of the actual quality of the product. And one more comment, when I order Dermalogica on other websites, I get for the order of over €100, also a mini pack of trio dermalogica products. Best regards Tanja”

“Products were as described, and the moisturiser came with a couple of free small size extras so can't complain, but a little disappointed in the samples - there was no option to choose on purchase so sent an email requesting specific samples to try (as other suppliers have allowed me to choose the samples) I wanted to try the green redness cover, but none of the samples were ones I would really choose to have requested which was a shame”

Hi Jeannette, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you didn't find our order comments section during the checkout process. This is where you can enter the samples you would like and we then do our best to send you what we can. We do try and meet requests / match skin type but there is no guarantee of this happening. Dermalogica's approach is for customers to also sometimes try or share with others samples that may not always seem first choice. Best wishes

“All in all good service and great prices. Only bad point is they should consider letting you choose your samples. Perfect opportunity to try something new you are contemplating buying before buying full size”

“Service and delivery was seamless and quick. The skin perfect primer is a great product, I only wish it came in a larger quantity as I would like to use it every day as an overall base. It's a shame that I will have to save it for going out only!”
