“Been happy to shop with Lafantine for many years but the VAT deduction when buying outside UK is not transparent. Sadly the savings are no more attractive - expensive postage doesn't help. Fast delivery and answer from customer service!”

Hello, We are sorry that you have received your package damaged. We are more than willing to replace the product if returned unused. Damage to the outer box is rare but does happen occasionally and we constantly strive to find ways of preventing this without over-packaging. With regards to the seal, it is unlikely that there was one there in the first place. Dermalogica provides security seals on some products but not all. It is also the case that Dermalogica seals the top part of the box, but not the bottom. We have no control over this, however, the impact on clients is nil, as when purchasing from Lafantine you can rest assured that you are buying a genuine, fresh and unopened product from an authorised stockist. “Usually good but my parcel “express delivery” has taken a week to arrive”

“I'm stil waiting for my item to arrive since the 23th december 2016 whene I've purchased my order. And this is more than 15 days I was supposed to wait. I hope it will arrive next week”
