“I ordered the mixed wine advent calendar , does look good and the wines are lovely but out of the 23 small bottles of wine 20 were red and only 3 white , I can’t argue it is mixed but was expecting about 50:50 , had virgin ones before and you get an even mix of red white and rose and when Aldi did the calendars got a mix of red white rose and sparking so very disappointed this year , so back to virgin wines for my advent next year”
“I ordered wine for someone else as I do not drink wine. In order to get the specific wine I had to join and create a membership. I wanted to cancel the membership and you are supposed to be able to do so online. When I tried to cancel online, it popped up with a bubble that said I had to call and contact them. So, I contacted them this morning and said I’d like to cancel. They asked me why. I said because I do not drink wine. The customer service representative then proceeded to ask me “why don’t you drink wine anymore?”
I cannot even fathom why someone would feel it was OK to ask that question. But I simply responded. That is none of your business. Do not ask people that question.
He of course, was been very short and canceled my membership.
