I am a LONG time customer of Lakeside Collection. Up until a few months ago, I loved shopping with them but recently the website stopped accepting ANY credit card from me (all working, viable cards) the customer service personnel are clueless and the phone wait times are horrendous. That’s it for me!

After shopping with this company for years, I finally was a victim of the infamous perks charge, which I did not sign up for. I called customer service and an extremely rude and condescending representative named Mark started lecturing, saying that you probably checked the box and you should be more careful when ordering. They lost a very good customer today because of this man's attitude. Very argumentive!

I agree with all the negative reviews. Years ago, I used Lakeside a lot. I have not ordered from them in several years, but I did recently. One of the items was not as advertised. I called customer service to send it back and was told I had to pay a return fee greater than what I paid for the item. What company these days charges a return fee?? So I just threw it in the garbage. No more Lakeside for me.

This company used to be reliable and fun to order from. Now they are terrible, can't get what you ordered and the call I placed to customer service was a joke. I told the lady my problem, her response "sorry to hear that". They are useless and won't ever answer an email. Will not order from them again unless I feel the need to be ripped off.

I was able to find the same thing on Amazon which I ordered; 3 emails to Lakeside advising them to cancel the order (no acknowledgement other than auto response); 4 phone calls to them advising them to cancel ("customer service" advised that couldn't be done).

Their customer service sucks so bad that there is no sale or no item cute enough to do business with a company that has exhibited this amount of failure and refuses to answer their phones let alone answer for their mistakes.
