“We were planning to order Hunter ceiling fans directly from the company, but after calling Lamps Plus, Denver, and talking to the manager, Rosie Whitney-Igwe, we were convinced that it would be easier (and safer) to visit her in person and order directly from Lamps Plus. This was the best decision! Rosie recommended everything we needed for the purchase of two ceiling fans; had everything shipped in just a few days directly to our home; and even referred us to an electrician to install them, that was less expensive than the previous estimate we had received. She also followed up by calling us to confirm we received all our purchases.
Rosie was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and accommodating! We wish there was a “Rosie” at every company/store that we deal with!!! She made our purchase easy, worry free, and she went “above & beyond” for us.

The hardware was scattered all over the box, one area of the rattan on the chair was severed (so will eventually unravel), there was rust where the bolts go, loose button on cushion, and metal part of chair had scratches. And while Lamps Plus agreed to pay for the return, it is up to us to get this extremely”
