Failing to fulfil orders, being full of false promises of delivery and customer service. Stating the "Retail Family Business of the Year " on the phones was in 2017 and is irrelevant and out of date, if not false, advertising in 2023.

10 weeks after ordering my divan, headboard and mattress, I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’m so disgusted with this company. They’ve taken my money but have failed to deliver.

We were told delivery would take 3 weeks - it took 6 weeks and a battle to get there.

Misleading website, not enough information (would it kill them to include a photo of how the delivery is made? How many boxes? Make it clear that they will not help you get it upstairs, or make it clear that only certain types of flooring suit certain types of bed base?) Provided me with a shoddy, badly made bed base from China.

Extremely poor customer service! No follow up after delivery!!! Has been chasing for one whole month and no progress, the staff just keep saying they will chase the manufacturer to follow up, nothing can bee done and I am not given the contact of manufacturer and the manufacturer said they contacted me but they did not!!!! It is a spam!!

I took delivery of a bed and the mattress was soaking wet through.

Delivery was late. There was a massive dent in one of the bars, a hair painted into the finish and the best bit of all the MAIN piece to hold it all together was missing. Now waiting more days for them to deliver a new piece. I would never use this company again.

We were given a number of delivery dates which not only didn't materialise but most of which they didn't even let us know that they were cancelled! We then started to worry about the length of time that had gone by but when we contacted them we were never given any kind of explanation for the delay and were promised calls from a manager that never happened.

Worst customer service ordered online divan bed and headboard and the mattress didn't come with order, every excuse has been used and I have rang numerous times to ask when it's coming as had 3 delivery dates and no one turned up they dont care when you ring up to ask why yet again it hasnt been delivered taking 2 afternoons of work to wait for it,very unhelpful customer service lady called Nicola who perhaps is in the wrong job and would be better suited doing something else.
