Their policy is if it is from the school uniform 'list', then only a store credit will be issues and not a refund.

I purchased a swimsuit that do not fit well. After returning the suit, Lands' End took 16 dollars from my refund to cover shipping. There is not way a lightweight suit costs 16 dollars to ship back. I wasted 16 dollars on a crappy swimsuit. Will never shop Land's End again.

We returned items on 22 of December, Lands End warehouse received them on the 4th of January and as of the 11th of January we still haven’t received our refund.
