“Lands' End did NOT make me happy. I have purchased 3 Lands' End coats. One coat is a "Women's Squall Waterproof Insulated 3 in 1 Parka". The lining can be removed and worn as a lighter weight coat. I love the coat but the zipper had never worked well and now it won't work at all. I bought it 5 months ago. Lands End say its over the 90 day return policy. While they would let me return it for a refund, they can't send me another one because it is out of stock and they have no similar replacement. They would not pay for me to replace the zipper elsewhere. I bought the coat to take a a cruise which will involve some cold weather locations, since the lining can also be used as a lighter weight coat. But now I can't zip the coat so I won't have the 3 in 1 coat I wanted. Frankly the zippers on the other two coats have not worked well either. Beware of buying from Lands End, especially any coats that have a zipper. I done buying from Lands' End.”

“The water/bathing blue pants and long sleeved rash guard with nice print in the front are fabulous. I have worn them snorkeling in Puerto Vallarta and this picture is in Aruba. I do not have to use sunscreen much and I swim so easily with these tight but comfortable clothes on. We walked 1mile in the heat with these clothes on! No issues;) Such a great product!!”

“This coat has so many unusual features. Stretchy cuffs inside the sleeves, adjustable sizing on the hood that tightens on the outside back, very warm lining in the pockets, 3 zippers that can zip from the bottom up, a warm tall neck collar to use with/without hood. Love the BlackBerry color and the 50% off price.”

“Our company has used Lands End Business for many years. They always have great products and complete our order accurately & timely. This year production was a bit slower than usual, understandably with supply chain issies, but they did a fantastic job again. Everything looks great and our order is exactly what we wanted. “Over the past few months I’ve ordered many Christmas presents, a coat, shoes, and pajamas for myself. ALL were received as promised with excellent quality. I especially liked the winter pajamas. Nice and warm but still light weight and soft. I also ordered summer polo tops on sale for a nice discount given the top quality. Very happy with all of my purchases and received many compliments from those receiving gifts.”

“Great quality clothing, well made with practical details, like pockets in the right places, two way zips. Particularly great for petite fit like me. Items sent quickly. You need to pay for returns, but Hermes option really cheap and refunds done swiftly. If I've ever had any problems the customer service has been excellent. Have shopped with them for over 10 years.”

“Lands End clothing is always top quality. They hold up extremely well in the wash. They retain their good looks wash after wash. My grandson school requires Lands End uniform clothing. I've bought 3 years worth of shorts, pants and shirts. They look so good that we're able to pass them down to other parents because they're in such good condition.”

“One of the t-shirts I ordered was not a suitable colour. I returned it and asked for an exchange. Not only did they do this quite happily, but they refunded the postage on the returned item. Not many companys do this.”

“Great quality clothes at a good price. They tend to be on the larger size so I often go one size smaller, but the quality is excellent, and most things come in regular, petite, tall and plus, so there's something for everyone.”
