“I already had a basic understanding of French before starting the course from school days and phone apps, but what Cactus teaches you are the real rules of the language and helps you to understand and remember them. The teacher is always very patient and comes to class with enthusiasm and is passionate about the job, which makes it more enjoyable to learn!”

“Alex was the best French teacher I have ever had. He gave structure and sense to a language which sometimes seems to be based on exceptions rather than rules. I have not skipped a class and was always looking forward to it. My french has improved over a short period of time.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my Cactus Language Swedish Beginner 1 course - learning as part of a class group, each with their own reasons for learning the language, from an enthusiastic native speaker, makes for an excellent learning environment. The tutor in particular made the class and made herself available to mark homework by e-mail in between classes. Some of the lessons were rearranged from the original schedule, and the rearranging of these classes could have been communicated better.”
