Posted a £3500 laptop in only its orignal box wrapped in a plastic bag!! Fast delivery but come on your supposed to be specialists, a plastic bag! No box or special pagaging?! Lets see on Christmas day if it works, fingers crossed!
I am downgrading my review to only one star now as after opening the damaged box I am not happy with the condition, this is an EXPENSIVE item, to only put it in a plastic bag is ridiculous! This company is supposed to be a laptop specialist!
I contact their returns department and was put on hold for 15 mins at 0.

I followed their injunctive authorization for returns made me call Samsung to get code then they commenced acting doggy failed to accumulate return item as exhorted then piteously send me a message saying your case is closed
history Companies in third world country are doing better

I would urge everyone looking at the reviews to look for cases where there have been problems and I know I have been guilty in the past of leaving a positive review for a company based purely on delivery times and not on how they handled complaint and returns.

Disgusting customer services, states easy returns-more like we do not accept returns! Tried talking to customer services and they spit out a load of useless nonsense then cut the conversation off without giving you a chance to utter a single syllable! Do not buy from them!!

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you buy from them, pray you don't ever need to return anything as their no quibble returns policy is a lie and their after sales 'care' is appalling. They ignore messages and emails, they are rude on the phone and managers/supervisors refuse to even speak to you. I wish I had read other reviews before I purchased from these incompetent crooks.
