"Awful company. Placed an order for over \u00a31000 for the jayline gloss doors. Had them hung up and then no matter what adjustments were made they were always out of alignment either vertically or horizontally. Turns out the doors were all skewed as well as sizes not being exact. One side of the door is 795mm other size is 794mm or even 796mm. Got a right angle against the doors and each door was atleast 2mm out of angle. Raised this instantly and now they are wasting my time asking for endless pictures. Provided them with over 44 images, and apparently the manufacter can only proceed if the doors are hung up and then a picture is provided. Fitter had already removed them as they are utter rubbish and neither the manufacutrer or larks will pay for someone to come and fit them. Have suggeste that they come and pick up this trash and measure them themselves but thats not an option. talking to support is like talking to a brick wall. constantly chasing up for 2 weeks to get an update that more pictures are required. Avoid these guys at all costs.All their positive feedback is for orders that go well, but when an issue arises, good luck. And this is not to mention the damaged custom size doors as well."

"These guys are cretins when it comes to customer service as you will see scattered across trustpilot reviews. I hope they will go bust soon. \r\n\r\nThey delivered a bin as part of a substantial order, which wasn\u2019t in situ for a few weeks due to the kitchen install date being later than planned. \r\n\r\nThey refused to replace and asked us to repurchase."
