“Would give 0 stars if possible. This company does not know how to deliver. They said they left my package at the Leasing Office, however, my leasing office does not hold packages or have a mail room. Each building of the apartment complex has it's own address. The company my package was from resent my package, and again LaserShip said they left it at the leasing office, and again, package was nowhere to be found. LaserShips "investigation" into the issue was simply "Our records indicate package was delivered" and that was it. I have never had any issues with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or Amazon delivering my packages to the correct place.”
“I'm about to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and Fashion Nova too for using their services. I am out of $150 because I didn't receive my last two packages from FASHIONNOVA. Do not order anything from Fashion Nova. Since they have been utilizing this shipping service, I have not been receiving my packages at all! They are basically keeping our stuff!”
“I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from Adidas. I thought they used UPS to ship packages. No, they used this horrible company. Got a notification that the package was delivered. Went out no package. Called lasership and they assured me it was delivered. I told them I have cameras and no one came to my house at the time and day listed. They launched an investigation, but came to the conclusion that it was delivered. It was stolen by the driver. I called adidas and got my money back. But unfortunately I will never order from adidas again if they continue to use Lasership!!!”

“If the rating could be zero or even a negative LaserShip would receive get that. Extremely horrible service, never delivers to correct address or 99% of time you do NOT get you package. Every single delivery is an issue I do not know why companies use this service. I'm disabled and they let someone else sign for my package who they said was me and with different initials....I don't like your service and I will not ever recommend this service”

“These nasty people try to tell me they delivered my package, and sent me a picture of someone else's door.
When I explained someone again said they had proof. I saved their pictures and took my own of my door after Amazon delivered. They not just bad at their job or stealing hoping customers just get replacements and be quiet and prepared to lie on customers. Different doors mines need painting where whoever they gave my packages too, doesn't. Lairs thrives, very dishonest company, it's everytime and those packages I finally got after I told Amazon don't use them for any of my packages and they noted my account and they delivered.”
“I paid to have my package delivered to my apartment, but the driver was too lazy too find it so he just left it in an unsecure and unattended entrance to the apartment building. As a result it was stolen by an unknown person. He didn't even try to call my apartment to get buzzed in,. I guess it was to much of an effort for him to look above where he dropped my package and see my name and address in the directory. I was home and it could of been delivered if the driver would of taken a fraction of a minute and shown some initiative. UPS and FEDEX have nothing to worry about these guys cutting into their market”

“This is the second shipment that was not delivered to my house. The first was shoved in my complex’s drop box and the other was dropped off outside the mail kiosk. A neighbor happened to see it and delivered. If Kohl’s continues to use this service I will not be ordering from them. Terrible service”
“I am so disappointed and totally disgusted with this freaking shipping company. I have no idea as to why fashionnova decided to use them. My package claimed to have been delivered yesterday and left at my door, yet up to now I have not received my package. I was at home, allll day yesterday when my package was supposed to have been delivered and also it was raining all day so I would not have gone out. No one came and knock on my door, there was no package delivered. I have been trying to contact this shipping company all day and to no avail. So I came on here and read the reviews and now I am clearly seeing the issue. I am going back on fashionnova page to write a very detailed review also. Fashionnova makes so much money why the hell would they use this company that have so much negative reviews! So I am now realizing that i may not get my package at all.”
“This is the 2nd time my delivery was claimed to have been attempted while I was home. The LASERSHIP then extorts further details for your location and personal information. Then the next day the package is claimed to be "DAMAGED" and returned to sender. This is a POOR SERVICE THAT IS EXTORTING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH NO DELIVERY.”

The package tracking number shows delivery on a Saturday afternoon.
Weird because they ship only (according to their website)…….. LaserShip delivers packages to residences Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time zone.
I contacted Adidas about the issue and let’s just say, I will not be ordering off their website again.”
