I was concerned after seeing the reviews, but I received a text message saying it was out for delivery at about 7:30 am and my package arrived at 7:00 pm. The driver ever followed my delivery instructions. I have no complaints and my delivery on time the first time. What a relief!

I just received another order from Amazon shipped by LaserShip & I can only relate my own experience....the shipment was made faster than Amazon Prime, was neat, clean and properly placed by our mail boxes. I don't deny some other reviews but I've never had a bad delivery from the people at Laser. I compliment them.

5 star experience with LaserShip product delivery service.
I ordered an item from NewEgg on June 28th. Tracking showed the item starting in Indiana, on June 29th then moving to Ohio the same day. On the 30th of June the item moved to New Jersey. On July 1st, the item moved to Endicott, NY at 4:52 am, and then was delivered to me in Lisle, NY before Noon. Smooth, quick and problem-free delivery. Well done!

I was sent a package through LaserShip that somehow had the wrong mailing address. I was able to find the number for the warehouse and talk to someone in customer service. Marta was able to print out the updated corrected label and track down the driver. I had my package that same day. I donโt know if I would have had the same service if it was one of the big delivery companies.
