I ordered an item from NewEgg on June 28th. Tracking showed the item starting in Indiana, on June 29th then moving to Ohio the same day. On the 30th of June the item moved to New Jersey. On July 1st, the item moved to Endicott, NY at 4:52 am, and then was delivered to me in Lisle, NY before Noon. Smooth, quick and problem-free delivery. Well done!”
“A food delivery service I was using kept using the 'wrong address' which had Lasership delivering to the wrong address. After 6 attempts to get my food delivered to the Right Address, from a well known food delivery service, I called Lsership. The Manager at Lsership, JFK, went out of her way to make sure the food was delivered to me. Even giving me her personal cell number!!!! Lasership did an EXCELLENT Job to rectify the situation, the Food Delivery Service, which the problem was on their end did not!”
“I was sent a package through LaserShip that somehow had the wrong mailing address. I was able to find the number for the warehouse and talk to someone in customer service. Marta was able to print out the updated corrected label and track down the driver. I had my package that same day. I don’t know if I would have had the same service if it was one of the big delivery companies.”

I order shoe’s from Nike which was a limited shoe and lasership so happen to lose my package. first that had it and it will be shipped out, then it lost in the warehouse what a big coincidence. I call and got the run around for 4 days and a rude customer service rep.ask to speak to a manager was told I can’t and go hung up on! Very poor service”
